This is a very powerful and cleansing meditation. If you practice this diligently for at least 20-30 mins, you will notice a profound shift into the silence and stillness.
As you meditate, the mantra becomes increasingly abstract, until you’re finally led into the field of pure consciousness from which the vibration arose.

A: Notes:
- Try to yawn and feel the vibrations in your ears.
- The sound of the letter, A is the clearest sound that comes out of the mouth.
- Move your jaw forward. The sound is modulated through the jaw.
- The tongue is what will allow the sound to be modulated and created.
B: How to chant AUM:
- Try to yawn and feel the vibrations in your ears.
- Move your jaw forward until you move this vibration inside your head.
As if you’re about to howl like a wolf 🙂 - Keep the vibration and then say AUM (A-O-O-M-M-M)
- Vibrate it behind your eyes.
C: Most uninitiated people just chant it …
- It’s important to vibrate that sound inside of you if you can and then
project it out. - As you progress you project it inside of you, and you barely project it
out and your whole body starts vibrating. - This will cleanse all of the toxic energy out of you that’s not supposed
to be there.

The most well known and universal of the bija (or beej) mantras. It is the sound of creation and causes energy to gather and flow upward and outward. Everything in the universe is pulsating and vibrating – nothing is really standing still!
