I feel as though I am able to relax a lot more and can let things go a lot easier now. I find myself sleeping better at night as I can relax my mind. I feel more energised after I meditate.
Sleep is slowly improving after months of being stuck. As I have practiced meditation, it has become easier and quicker to switch to that relaxed state of mind. Anxiety levels are lower
I feel calmer and have a technique I can use to go further with.

How are you? I’m very good and I see results coming out of meditation, hence I just wanted to drop you a note to say thank you.
After 3 months I got a very good pay rise and the promotion…all of which were among my intentions when I started.
Other stuff that I noticed: sometimes it stops raining, I don’t have to wait at the cross stripes (amazing how cars are just far enough to let me cross in time), nobody gets in my way when I’m in a crowded area.
I just need to meditate more but these days are kind of crazy… the initial results are stunning.

This is one of the most powerful meditation techniques I’ve learnt. It was difficult for me to release at first, very difficult. But I had overcome that by the 3rd session and have had much happiness come into my life. Thank you for your patience with me.

I am improving slowly, I am getting better day by day. My friends tell me they have noticed changes and that I look better. I have only just started, but I am feeling much better each day.
