Creating Reality Part II
Gillian MacBeth-Louthan has written a complementary view of creating reality — specifically,
To Focus on What You Want! … Not What You Don’t Want…
In an average day there are 86,400 seconds. Out of that 86,400 seconds we have approximately 65,000 waking thoughts. Out of those 65,000 thoughts how many are positive, uplifting, wonder filled thoughts? How many are negative thoughts that are ruled by your past, your environment, and the mass consciousness? Most people have an average of 15,000 seconds of positive uplifting joyful thoughts a day. That leaves 50,000 seconds of dense, negative down in the mouth energies. Now imagine those 50,000 negative (or rather not exactly positive) thoughts as people tromping through your living room. Day after day you allow 50,000 negative people to just walk through your sacred space. Apply that same thought to 50,000 negative vibrations/thoughts leaving dirty little puppy prints all over your auric field, your hopes and your dreams!! Are you ready to yell “STOP” yet?
You are Commander-in-Chief of your world your thoughts your creations. You say stop, you say go! Your life is not a runaway train, and you are not Momma being thrown from it! You and only you have control over your life, your feelings, your wants and your desires. Do you want to continue to rent property in “victim-hood” or move to a shiny new neighborhood?
Your past (in what ever form it takes) lives in the past. It cannot reside in the Now (present) unless you ask it to become a roommate and move in with you. The past sits patiently as old blue the hound dog waiting for you to call it forward into the Now. You do that by thought. Only thought can escort your incarcerated past into the holding cell of the Now. Look at the energy you are having tea and crumpets with on a daily basis.
Every moment of every day you have the option to create anew. The old recipes of self from the past no longer serve you unless that is what you want for dinner. Thoughts are living breathing energies. They have a life of their own and an electromagnetic charge. At first birth they are singular in nature, yet very magnetic. They seek like vibrations as they travel encircling you throughput the day. Imagine them as a single Dalmatian puppy in first morning light, but at the end of the day you feel like Cruella De’ville surrounded by 101 Dalmatians. Each one displaying an energetic encyclopedia from A to Z of all of your thoughts in the last 24 hours, good, bad and ugly.
Everyone complains that it takes too long to manifest. The time between manifestation and thought has shortened greatly since the beginning of 2000, but still there exists a time line, which is very necessary. Imagine everyone on the planet capable of instant (just add water) manifestation. What would the world look like if that were a truth? As much as humanity likes to grossly over express themselves through animated 4 letter words, the planet would look a lot like a cow patty palace to put it mildly. The earth is only a hair away from instant manifestation. As CEO of your time/space continuum it is your responsibility to focus/create/know/ what you want, and what you don’t want and then let your words and your world reflect that knowledge.
Most people leave it up to spirit to do the thinking and go about their merry way without any focus on what they as co-creators would like to create. Everyone on earth is/was an Ascended Master. That was a prerequisite for Earth School 101. Everyone on earth has been instantaneously manifesting for eons of time, so why the dumb blond act?? (Forgive me all you beautiful blondes.) Stop asking the universe to do your homework. Get busy and study what your soul desires and earth wants are. Then focus, intend, know and create!
Manifestation follows thought. Both are neutral and free of opinion. Your energy is what fuels all thought and all manifestations. Focus on what you don’t want and you will get it easily (or even easier) than what you do want. The Universe/aka Spirit does not feel the need to censor your experience. You get what you put energy into, focus upon, and think about. The good, the bad, the ugly all have front row seating. Which one will you look eye to eye and invite into your world? Think only upon that which you want! Do not dwell one moment upon that which you do not want!
A Singular Molecule of Doubt Can Become a Lethal Toxic Weapon!
by Gillian MacBeth-Louthan
As you stand at this Trans-portal of future self, you entertain a dialogue of what is to come, and what is to be your experience. Each of you stands guard on the fulcrum of your future. You view your present circumstances, you view your past, and yet you see very little of your future. You feel Future-viewing is for seers and psychics not for little ole mortal you. You have chosen to wear thick veils and a blindfold that keeps you from fully experiencing potentials that are as of yet un-birthed. The gestation period for birthing future events is but a few weeks in comparison to the past where it once was as long as an elephants nose and pregnancy.
In the year 2002, thought and manifestation accelerated to a point in time and space that quickened all outcomes. As of 2002 it is but a few weeks between thought and created outcome. As you stand at the apex of your life viewing future events, you have a certain knowing that as you follow path A to B, or path C to D, the outcome is seeable and predictable. But if you move your awareness off of the 27 letters of the alphabet of your experience onto a new language of light, then the outcomes will exceed your expectations, your uncreated potentials. In other words, you are predictable. The path you will choose is predictable. The path that you have taken in the past has been predictable. Your reactions are predictable. Your outbursts are predictable, because you follow the same emotional pathway and patterning that you have always followed.
In this time of numerous celestial alignments, and 5th dimensional potential — we ask you not to take the same route that you have always taken. Move past the borders that once held you as a captive audience. Always keeping you in a very small theater squared away in the pegs of the past. You are much more than you have been able to understand or appreciate.
Each and every thought that you have ever had is being lived somewhere in simultaneous time. Each and every desire, want, need, prayer has been fulfilled and does exist within this dimension or in some parallel existence. Thoughts and manifestations are not wasted. They are not thrown away. They are recycled energetically. In some parallel existence of the large time/space continuum you are living all of your dreams. In another one, you are living your perfect body shape. In another one, you are living your perfect hairstyle or your perfect health. Each thought either stays in the Now or exits to another plane of existence. The doorway to that exit is opened and closed by your own thinking.
When you desire a certain outcome, it begins to germinate within your own energy field. If you fluctuate from that thought, from that desire with doubt, with fear, with undermining it on any level — then it exits the earth experience and enters another probable universe where you also exist. Now think about this dear ones. You are creating perfect hair days on other dimensions. You are creating and have the perfect body in probably realities where you have not given up! You were creating the perfect soul mate, the perfect marriage, the perfect relationship by your initial inquiry and dialogue and manifestation – and then you give up on it. Whatever you lose hope upon or give up on becoming a living truth in your life, exits through a Trans-portal and enters another realm where you also exist simultaneously. How much longer will you allow that to happen?
You have the ability and the sequence of DNA to create on this plane, this dimensional flux that you live in — exactly what you desire by holding it in focus, in certainty, and in knowing. The minute you give up, it exits your world and enters another where it lives happily ever after. Don’t you see that one singular molecule of doubt can become a lethal toxic weapon when you are trying to create a desired outcome. In ancient Egyptian times, the Goddess Nut (pronounced Newt) knew this — she wrapped her body around all of creation. She was made of the stars and the stars watched over all of her creations. Wrap yourself around your creations/manifestations as a mother that protects her young. Allow no harm to come to these newly born desires, keep them safe until they are old enough to stand on their own legs.
You are not allowed the luxury of giving up on anything or anyone, especially yourself. Understand this! As soon as you give up on anything, it leaves your perimeter. It leaves your life, and it leaves this dimension and enters another. Often in your dreamtime, you enter into these places where there is the perfect love, the perfect family, the perfect life. You are living it simultaneously. The ‘You’ who continues to dwell upon this earth plane is not receiving any energetic fringe benefits, because you let it go you gave it away, you gave up on it.
So we ask you to hold the vision of what it is that you seek and it will be made manifest for you in the here and the now. Time collapses. Space expands and so do you. There is no more waiting by the door of your life for one to five years for something to come into it. It is only a few weeks. You can believe for a few weeks, can you not? Hold the focus, the belief long enough for it to get here. Hold the focus each time that you think of it, renew the faith, renew the knowing, and do not let anybody shake you from that creation and that manifestation.
Creating Reality Part I
“Anyone who is not shocked by quantum theory has not understood it.”- Niels Bohr
Scientists say that as human beings, we can only see 4% of the energy around us. Naturally, animals on our planet see more and sense more.
When we meditate or remote view (and are in a different electrical brainwave frequency), we do see more then – and can create more !
As meditators, they key is frequency. Do not be casual or intermittent. Be completely focused and then allow the going into the void, (or the zone) to complete your desire.
Simply put, “The best way to predict the future is to create it.” Our thoughts determine the present and future of what is contained within our lives. It’s all about our choices.
How and what we choose, what we focus upon, concentrate upon, or direct our attention to, and where we spend our mental and emotional energies — this is precisely what we will attract or draw to ourselves. And the universe always provides.
If you find you are being driven by unconscious choices, thoughts or even phobias, then it’s probably best to choose a good hypnotherapist to help permanently change the main blueprints of your subconscious. After all we are only just running programmes in our brains that we were blueprinted with by our parents and our environment up until the age of eighteen months – or at the time we began to walk. This is something that I have never seen mentioned, and it is vitally important.
The universe (aka Universal Laws/God/Goddess/All-That-Is) is wholly connected, it includes us, and it responds to our every whim. There is, however, often a “time buffer” in which we must maintain our vision over time in order for it to manifest itself. This time delay is the good news! It allows us to further define our vision, to make adjustments as we collect data on the advisability of each aspect of our dream. We may earnestly desire someone to love us, but unless we add the extra stipulation that we want to be very much in love with them as well, we may find ourselves as the recipient of a stalker, an overly possessive, smothering individual, or a Fatal Attraction scenario. Time is definitely our friend in this regard!
A time delay is also the key in the physics of The Fifth Element, in which it is shown mathematically that all aspects of the universe are indeed connected — and additionally that there are no limits to what we can have. In Mark 11:24, Jesus Christ said, “What things soever ye desire, when ye pray, believe that ye receive them, and ye shall have them.” There is no mention of any limitations; no blue light specials or energy back guarantees either. Thus, one needs to be very clear about what things one desires.
The physical mechanism that manifests our dreams and visions is important. There is, for example, the interconnection between our thoughts and feelings, our concentration or focus, all of which draws to us our present (and ultimately, our future). Our thoughts define what is (and what is to be), while our feelings, our emotions, are the energetic source, the engine, the primer, which manifests our chosen reality. The greater the depth of our emotions in desiring any given reality, the greater the likelihood of that reality predominating over other possibilities.
It is important to note that the universe does not distinguish between positive and negative thoughts. For example, if one is a strawberry milk shake aficionado, and really, really wants (needs, from the very bottom of the heart) a strawberry milk shake… the universe will provide one. But, if one — perhaps for dietary purposes — is attempting with all one’s mental and emotional strength not to have a strawberry milk shake, the universe will nevertheless provide one. Universal Laws simply do not understand the word “no.” If you give enormous energy trying to not allow something to happen, it will more than likely happen. So only direct your attention to, and focus on positives!!!
There is yet another caveat of our manifesting one’s own personal reality. If one focuses on the “wanting” of something, the universe will only provide more opportunities for us to continue to want, i.e. not have. The universe is simply being literal in noting how much energy we spend on desiring something, and assumes — perhaps rightly so — that what we earnestly desire is the opportunity to want something. This is as opposed to having something. This returns us to the statement from Mark 11:24 noted above. The key is to believe you already have it! Not to simply want it.
It has been said that, “Happiness is not getting what you want, but wanting what you have.” There is some truth to this statement, but only in the context that “wanting” shall avail you not, unless you believe you already have it — and simultaneously, are acting accordingly. If you want to win the lottery, believe you have and act accordingly. If this sounds a bit risky financially, then obviously there is a lack of faith! I know. Bummer.
Girls! How many times, have you just got to have that dress in the window?
Boys! How many times have you just got to have those football tickets?
And hey presto, you’ve got them, because you could not imagine yourself being separated from them. You and the item were ONE. This is the secret and the highest energy wins.
In manifesting our desires, there is apparently no limits — other than those we impose upon ourselves! To paraphrase Nelson Mandela:
Our greatest fear is not that we are powerless, but that we are far more powerful than we think.
More significantly, there is the idea that we don’t deserve something, be it the good life or whatever. The paradigm we live in, the one that is constantly reinforced by other people’s choices to remain in that paradigm, is that we must somehow — through hard work, prayer, gifting (before and after), or simply by being upstanding, righteous, or virtuous — earn whatever of benefit comes to us. This paradigm is fundamentally wrong.
As Abraham (an entity being channelled by Ester Hicks of Boerne, Texas — not the biblical Abraham) has said, “It is not possible for any of you to earn anything. ‘Earning’ is a physical misunderstanding. It’s all vibrational.” It’s not your so-called hard work. It’s what your thoughts attract to you! If you think you must somehow earn rewards, then sure enough, you will have to earn it. But if you believe you have it already (in your heart as well as your head), then you have it!
Ultimately, everything revolves around one’s thoughts and feelings. More precisely, about one’s choices — particularly how we choose to perceive reality. One can, for example, define optimism as: “The belief this is the best of all possible worlds”; while pessimism is defined as: “The fear that this is true.” Fundamentally, it’s all a matter of choosing our perspective. The world itself may not appear to change, but our reaction to it can be our choice.
Recently, the art of creating reality was given an enormous boost with the new movie, What the Bleep – Down the Rabbit Hole. This is one of the must-see movies of the millennium.
Ester Hicks’ Abraham continues this emphasis on being what you desire:
And if it were not for this cloud of belief that mutes that and hinders that, you’d be there right now. Decide what vibration within you is dominant. About everything. So that when some smart-aleck like Abraham says to you later on, “So what’s dominant in your vibration about your body?” you’ll say:
“I feel good. I feel surefooted. I feel clear minded. I feel eager. I feel adventure. I love my body. It serves me so well. I feel steady and confident and beautiful and adventurous and eager. I feel ready.”
“So how do you feel about your dollars?”
“I feel fantastic. I feel sure. I feel full. I feel unlimited.”
And we say, “So how’s your life?” and you say:
“My life is fantastic, never finished, always unfolding.”
“And how are the people around you?”
“They are adorable. They is a variety of such a mix. They give me so much pleasure as I pick from among them the aspects that I use to serve me now to feel good.”
“What’s your family life now?”
“Oh, it’s divine. My family is worldwide. My family comes from all races and all nature of people. My family comes to me by law of attraction.”
“Well, what’s your circle of friends like”
“Oh, they are as unlimited as I am. They are eager and full.”
“Well, what’s life on planet earth like?”
“It is fantastic. It has never been better.”
What’s the state of your economy?
“It is growing and fabulous. Anything that I want at my fingertips at any time.”
“Well how does your mind work?”
“Oh it is amazing. Anything that I want to know, I just focus and the information comes.”
“Well how do you feel?”
“I’m intuitive. I’m eager. I’m free.”
“Well what is your personality like?”
“I am a funny funny person. (laughter). Life strikes me as so full of fun and fancy.”
“Well how does your imagination work?”
“It works endlessly. As I stand in my now, I can entertain myself neverendedly with ideas and things to think about.
We want you to live the lives you promised yourself you would live.
(snip)
You are in the most glorious position of any creator we have ever known – on a platform of such exaggerated contrast with so much potential for pleasing experience. It’s just as you knew it would be. So here you are making deliberate decisions to offer your vibration purposefully and it is our absolute promise to you that you will live eternally, happily ever after.
[From the CD "A New Adventure" #22]
Over the last 4,000 years or so, we have repeatedly received the exact same how-the-world-works guidance from industry barons, spiritual masters, philosophers, quantum physicists, great leaders and sages.
Here are some of the tips on how you can solve any financial, relationship, security or health problem:
1. Understand your world. Many Nobel Prize winning physicists have recently proven beyond doubt that the physical world is one large sea of energy that flashes into and out of being in a fraction of a second, over and over again. Nothing is solid. This is the world of Quantum Physics. They have proven that thoughts are what put together and hold together this ever-changing energy field into the ‘objects’ that we see.
2. Know the tools of creation. Your thoughts, words and actions create your experiences. You become what you think about. Albert Einstein once said that imagination is the most powerful creative force. The Bible says ‘As a man thinketh, so is he.’ Become very aware of your thoughts, and be deliberate in your thinking. There are no idle thoughts. Have vision, and stick with it. Imagination is the scissors of the mind.
3. Believe. Henry Ford said, ‘Whether you think you can or can’t — either way you are right.’ This is pretty much the same thing that Jesus and many others have said.
4. Understand cause and effect. The law of cause and effect is the prime law that runs the universe. It is the number one law. Every spiritual and scientific teacher has sought to teach it. They may have said you reap what you sow, or you get what you give, or what goes around comes around, or karma, or consequences, or every action has an equal and opposite reaction, or many other similar statements. Quantum physics is now teaching us how this works, exactly, on a sub-atomic level. Things get better when you get better. They get worse when you get worse. The world is all within you. You are at cause over everything that happens in your life, whether you were conscious of it or not.
5. Eliminate level confusion. Align your thoughts, words and actions with your goals. Become aware. And realize that the physical world is an effect, not a cause. It is a result of our thoughts, words and actions. You cannot achieve anything by trying to manipulate the effect. Instead look to change the cause.
6. What came first? The chicken or the egg? Understand infinite loops. You see what you believe and you believe what you see. But the start of this loop is that what you believe is what causes the conditions that you see.
“7. Know that there is no order of difficulty, as all limits are placed upon yourself by what you believe to be so.
8. Find your purpose. Find out what makes you happiest, and work within your purpose. When you do so, your confidence, inspiration, creativity, energy and passion will be unstoppable.
“Life success really can be simple, once you know how it all works.”
More than One Reality
But what of other individual’s choices? What if their visions and dreams conflict with ours? At the most basic level, what if I want her/him and s/he doesn’t want me?
There are two aspects of this. One is the mind blowing idea of Multiple Universes. In this scenario, according to one philosophical viewpoint, all critical decisions by each and every consciousness, results in the universe splitting into each of the different choices, and after which we continue merrily on. This has the effect to eliminating choice as having any significance whatsoever. Because whatever we choose, on other levels we’re making all of the other choices at the same time.
While there is some potential in this idea, it’s also a bit of a quandary, in that choosing to believe in the idea or not is also irrelevant, in that in some separate universe, one has chosen the opposite. The idea doesn’t encourage fruitful discussions.

Vesica Piscis
A second aspect of the degree to which different realities conflict with each other is the idea of the Intermingling of Realities. This reminds me of some sacred geometry, Vesica Piscis, which could illustrate where our realities can change by the very people we attract – or not so accidentally bump into! Basically this implies that our chosen reality continues to interweave itself among everyone else’s reality, but that we choose to limit our focus to those other realities which harmonise with our reality, and simultaneously we do not become involved in those other realities, in which we would rather do without.
Carolyn Myss tells of a time when she was driving through a major city when it began erupting into a full fledged riot. She was in the wrong place at the wrong time! She did not, however, choose to participate in any way in the riot, including not having any fear or other emotional reaction to it. Inexplicably, she found herself driving through traffic as if the riot and associated traffic jams did not even exist. For Ms. Myss, the riot and its associated turmoil did not, in fact, exist in her reality. She was mentally aware of it. But she was not mentally or emotionally impacted by it.
As to the idea of choosing for someone else, i.e. manifest they’re loving you even more than you love them… This is where Free Will enters the picture. In order for any of us to have Free Will, we must acknowledge that others have an equal measure of Free Will as well. This is the essence of Common Law, in which you can do anything you want, just as long as you respect the right of others to be able to do anything they want. In other words, believe you are loved, and you’ve got it. Believe you’re loved by a specific person, and you may have a problem.
Creating reality is about creating how you’re feeling, what forms of things are coming to you. It’s about being joyous, not about specifying the exact manner in which joy arrives on your doorstep. In fact, the universe is notorious in never providing something to you in the manner in which you visualize. It’s not a surprise that way. (Where’s the fun in that?) The idea is to allow the universe to engage in its own creative play, and not delay things by imagining how something comes about — which may eliminate one promising avenue that the Fates had already begun working on. It’s all about letting go.
The popular example of this is in what’s called, “parking prosperity.” When you’re driving someplace and you’re going to be needing a parking place, your thoughts quickly imagine a convenient parking space, and then you immediately let it go. You assume that it will be taken care of, and furthermore, you do not visualize how it manifests itself. You simply see it once, let it go, and then smile when you arrive just as someone pulls away.
A somewhat detailed methodology in creating one’s own reality is given by the Chicago Research Group and Associates. Their perspective is that:
“We invoke the Taoist-Tantric Buddhist perspective that sees and perceives the Cosmos and its imminent changes from a broader view, the Scheme of totality, the Unified Field view, that we are indeed the Creators of our own Reality Field, Time Fluxes and Time Spirals. This gives credence to the biblical dictum of ‘Ye are Gods!’”
[“I have said, Ye are gods; and all of you are children of the most High.” Psalms 82:6]
“We now know unequivocally that our Mind effects Matter! With these premises in mind, our view of these critical and chaotic energy laden times is that they can be, and are, exactly what you make of it, not withstanding the astrological, psychic and oracular predictions. The Greatest Secret, truly, is to know how to align oneself with the Cosmos, for that places us in harmony with the Tao, or the non-vortical flow of Cosmic Energy in which evolution, not devolution, occurs.”
Relaxation
Relaxation is so important for mental health and wellbeing. Everyone needs some time out to themselves to do something they enjoy. It is easy to forget to make time for yourself when things get stressful. Sometimes we are just so pre-occupied that days can go by without doing anything for ourselves. Many forms of relaxation, like walking or sitting quietly, are very simple and easy to do. Others, like meditation or yoga, require some training or discipline. Going fishing or playing sport can be a great way of relaxing. You might want to write a list of other things you find relaxing.
Read through this list of suggestions. Put aside some time in the day and try some out to see which ones you find relaxing:
* go for a walk
* take time to notice the things around you
* listen to some music you really like
* go fishing/ go sailing
* sit quietly in a park and look at the things around you
* play your favourite sport
* take a bath – lie back, shut out everything else and relax
* go to a movie or watch a video
* visit a friend
* go for a swim
* do a puzzle
* read a book
* learn meditation or yoga

Breathing Techniques
When you are anxious, your breathing can be quick and shallow, which reduces the amount of oxygen going to your organs. Learning how breathe efficiently can help reduce some of the physiological symptoms of anxiety.
To become aware of your breathing place one hand on your upper chest and one on your stomach. Take a breath and let your stomach swell forwards as you breathe in, and fall back gently as you breathe out.
Try to get a steady rhythm going, take the same depth of breath each time. Your hand on your chest should have little or no movement. Try and take the same depth of breath each time you breathe in.
When you feel comfortable with this technique, try to slow your breathing rate down by putting a short pause after you have exhaled and before you breathe in again.
Initially, it may feel as though you are not getting enough air in, but with regular practice this slower rate will soon start to feel comfortable.
It can help to imagine that you are blowing up a big balloon in your stomach when you breathe in, and then when you breathe out that balloon will deflate. This exercise helps you to breathe more oxygen into your stomach rather than restricting the amount of oxygen by breathing into your chest.

How to See The Future with Regular Meditation
How to See the Future With Meditation:

Develop Your Intuition and Remote Viewing Skills
One of the great advantages of regular meditation is that it enhances your sense of intuition. The more you practise meditation, the more you gain insight into every aspect of your life. Insights can relate to present or past events, leading to a greater understanding of your life’s path, or they can relate to future events.
Insights into future events can be challenging in four ways:
1. The future is not fixed. Until you experience it, the future remains as an array of possibilities with a “most likely” scenario based on what holds the greatest energy.
2. Viewing the future can change the outcome. Even a 100% accurate view of the most likely scenario will trigger questions about whether you want that scenario to manifest, and that change can influence the outcome. This can give the illusion of inaccuracy in the original prediction.
3. Inner impressions come into your awareness through your imagination. However, a fertile imagination can create images on its own, almost for pure entertainment. True impressions of a future event arrive while you are in a meditative state, or sometimes while performing a monotonous task such as driving at a constant speed. They don’t fire up with the great energy of a dramatic imagination. They slip in quietly and have to be examined and unraveled to see what each impression contains.
4. When you first start scanning the future, your predictions will be less accurate than they will become later, after constant practise.
Sometimes, lack of self-esteem can be a barrier to the development of your innate abilities. In that case you need to be aware that everyone is everything that Infinite Being is. The universe is holographic by design, meaning that while the many make up the One, the One is also mirrored within each of the many. So, each person, each spark of Infinite Being, contains all of the qualities of Infinite Being.
Lack of self-esteem, therefore, is only a personality trait and not reflective of your true self.
You have a perfect sense of intuition or insight, just waiting to be developed. One of the hallmarks of the global Shift to higher consciousness is that, with each passing year, more and more people will develop more of their inner abilities.
While you are practising your intuitive skills, it is a good idea to make written notes for later reference. Insights arrive in your consciousness while you are in an altered, meditative state, so their memory dissipates quickly just like the memory of your dreams. If you keep notes, then re-read them weeks or months later, you will be amazed at how accurate many of these insights were.
Sometimes, you will also see how insights into less than desirable scenarios caused you to make a decision to steer your life in a different direction. When faced with decisions about which direction to turn, the best barometer is always your highest joy. Ask yourself:
“What scenario would represent my highest joy?”
When you follow your highest joy, you are following the path through life which is most closely aligned with your true essence – your soul or inner self.

What is the Best Meditation Technique?
The Most Common Questions About Meditation:

Get In the Zone - Meditate
I get loads of email and people often ask:
- What is the best meditation technique?
- What are the best meditation techniques?
- What is the best meditation for anxiety/sleep/beginners?
- Best Meditation Practice?
- Best Meditation Program?
What is the Best Meditation for:
- children
- beginners
- kids
- anxiety
- stress
- depression
- dummies
- healing
- insomnia
I will tell you in one sentence:
The longer you hold your breath and the faster you expel it – it will put you in the zone immediately!

Meditate ... and Relax
The Relaxation Response
“The relaxation response is a physical state of deep rest that changes the physical and emotional responses to stress… and the opposite of the fight or flight response.”
Herbert Benson, M.D.
Associate Professor of Medicine
Harvard Medical School
The Relaxation Response is where Meditation, Self-Hypnosis, Hypnotherapy and the bypassing of the critical factor all come together in accessing one’s subconscious mind.

Peace ... and Calm
You may like to try this if you are very stressed!
Steps to Elicit the Relaxation Response
1. Sit quietly in a comfortable position.
2. Close your eyes.
3. Deeply relax all your muscles,
beginning at your feet and progressing up to your face.
Keep them relaxed.
4. Breathe through your nose.
Become aware of your breathing.
As you breathe out, say the word, “one” *,
silently to yourself. For example,
breathe in … out, “one”,- in .. out, “one”, etc.
Breathe easily and naturally.
5. Continue for 10 to 20 minutes.
You may open your eyes to check the time, but do not use an alarm.
When you finish, sit quietly for several minutes,
at first with your eyes closed and later with your eyes opened.
Do not stand up for a few minutes.
6. Do not worry about whether you are successful
in achieving a deep level of relaxation.
Maintain a passive attitude and permit relaxation to occur at its own pace.
When distracting thoughts occur,
try to ignore them by not dwelling upon them
and return to repeating “one.”
With practice, the response should come with little effort.
Practice the technique once or twice daily,
but not within two hours after any meal,
since the digestive processes seems to interfere with
the elicitation of the Relaxation Response.
* or any soothing, mellifluous sound, preferably with no meaning.
or association, to avoid stimulation of unnecessary thoughts.
Remote Viewing & Remote Influencing
I few years ago I googled “theta” something or other and stumbled upon Gerald O’Donnell’s site.
He teaches Remote Viewing and Remote Influencing with his 22-cd course and has been doing so for over 10 years. He was former Western Intelligence Agency Remote Viewer and has since retired from the Intelligence Community and is still consulted by government agencies from time to time.
With all of the meditation I have done over the years, I knew this was possible because of my experiences with meditation, I also knew remote viewing was very possible, since I had done it quite naturally when I was a child, but never at my own will.
Since the 1950’s or thereabouts, the fact that governments have been using this very specific mind technology for decades, comes as no surprise either.
You see, meditation and accessing altered brainwave states is quite natural. We enter these slower brainwave states when relaxing. More specifically, we always enter them every time we go to sleep.
In fact, there is no such thing as an “ordinary state of consciousness”; neither are there “altered states of consciousness.” There only are different focuses of concentration.
THETA: Example:
Have you ever lost your keys, only to wake up knowing exactly where they were? You got this information while in theta whilst sleeping.
Accessing theta brainwave state to remote view is as real as plugging in the cord to your TV to access the electricity that makes your television show moving pictures. You are plugging something into electricity to receive a picture.
You can plug your mind into theta to receive a picture as well; that being whatever information or data you might be asking for!
DELTA: Example:
Have you ever had a dream that you dreamt, come true? A lot of people have. You manifested this while in delta whilst sleeping.
Accessing delta brainwave state to remote influence is as real as wishing and making a dream coming true.
When using these altered but natural states of being, you must realise you are working with Source Energy (your own electrical energy) directly. Quantum physics backs this up. Human beings use these three lower frequencies, alpha, theta & delta to connect directly with source energy. These are our natural resources.
High level stress and anything higher than beta brainwaves fries our brains; equipment such as mobile phones, televisions, UHF/VHF frequencies, computers and electromagnetic radiation. Not getting enough rest and relaxation to chill-out from all of this inhibits our ability to connect with ourselves and our subconscious, which gives us all the answers we need and restores us . No wonder we are stressed! There is a quiet revolution towards meditation and people ARE doing such things as taking sea-changes to de-stress.
I was determined to master Gerald’s course. So when I contacted Gerald and told him of my success, he said, “See, you can do it!” I have had a 75-80% accuracy when RVing (short for remote viewing) and have RIed (remote influenced) some things within the hour. What was to my surprise was that I could do it at will and with consistency!
Having said that, I have manifested simply by holding a thought long enough while meditating.
However Gerald’s course entrains your brain to access theta and delta whilst in full waking consciousness, by simply saying or thinking to yourself commands such as, “Deep Theta” and “Mental Level Delta” whereby through CD entrainment, your brainwaves automatically shift to these slower brainwave states to RV and RI instantly.
There are some important aspects that need to be brought to one’s attention:
1. You can only remote influence reality consensually.
2. You should learn to remote influence in addition to learning how to remote view as you need to be able to alter harmful circumstances as they arise. You also need to be able counteract the negativity you may experience and impose upon it. Otherwise it is possible that you might see negativity and re-manifest it over and over again.
3. You should never question the data that is presented to you when remote viewing, because by doing so, the fact that you have had a conscious thought has brought you back into beta state (critical analysis) and disrupts the flow of data and is often inaccurate.
These tools which are yours naturally by birthright when practised can help to help you and your loved ones create and live a joyous and even more prosperous life.

Ways to Find Inner Peace

- Ways to find Inner Peace
Accept what is
There is only so much we can affect. What we cannot change, what we cannot influence no matter what, should not be a concern to us. This is what I notice with so many people, in that we focus and linger on things which we have no control over. Why worry about something that all the worrying in the world will not change? Why care about what other people think of us when we’re not even sure what it is they are actually thinking? Once you open the blinds to this fact, and start accepting what is that you cannot change, you automatically relieve yourself of a mountain of stress and anxiety. It’s like a huge weight has been lifted from your shoulders. Taking this path is following a road towards peace. Worrying is praying for something you DON’T want to happen!
Meditate
If you do not meditate yet, you are missing out on a very important activity that can change your life. Meditating for 20 minutes twice daily can have an enormous impact in all areas of your life. Take a look at this post: Benefits of Meditation. If that doesn’t convince you to start meditating, I don’t know what will! If you have a lot on your mind and you feel like your thoughts are driving you crazy, meditation can help you find peace. Simply close everything, sit back, close your eyes, and clear your mind of every single thought. Focus on the emptiness. You will be surprised what a mere 20 minutes of meditation can do to turn things around for you. If you have trouble meditating, I would suggest getting a professional guided meditation with me
which will help you get used to this level of peacefulness. Meditation by the sea or sailing on a yacht is great, increasing the *amount* of oxygen you actually get into your lungs!
Spend time in nature
We spend so much time confined in buildings of steel and concrete and bricks that we quickly forget where we come from. Animals like to sit on the grass because the earth has an electromagnetic resonance of 7.83 hz (Schumann Resonance), which is in the range of our THETA brainwaves. This is why animals not only sense, de-stress and recharge and remote view (like dogs finding their way home), but it is where we de-stress as well! It is natural for us to be in nature, and this is why it feels so good and it is so peaceful when you take a walk in a park or bike on a trail in the forest. As I am typing this blog, I am looking out my window to this gigantic tree in front of my house. Watching its stillness, with the wind blowing through its branches calmly, it is a sight that not only inspires me, but that I find peace within it. Take a stroll outside where there are tons of trees and far from the city. Be there and just enjoy the sights, the sounds, and the peace.
Learn the power of a smile
Whenever you are laughing or smiling, something interesting happens. Not only does something happen on a chemical level to make you feel better, but it also stops all stress and negativity from entering your psyche. A simple smile can make such a difference. For example, the other day I mishandled a dish and it fell on the floor, breaking into pieces, creating a big mess. Now, I could have been angry with myself for being clumsy and thinking “UGH!”. But I did the opposite. I began to smile and kind of make fun of myself for not being able to hold on to that plate properly. As I cleaned up the mess, there was annoyance. As a matter of fact, I did it with a smile on my face…I did it with peace. So whenever you find yourself in a similar predicament, just think of the silver lining, and don’t be shy to poke fun at yourself. You will quickly realise that peace finds its way much more easily to you when you smile.
Think outwardly
What I mean by this is that most of the time, we are so consumed within our own problems that we can no longer see the forest from the trees. Therefore, it helps to remind ourselves how big the world is. Take a moment and read up about some other countries, cultures, and the likes. Be aware that the world does not revolve around your problems. I find that when I hear about a tsunami or an earthquake killing hundreds of thousands of people on the other side of the world, my problems aren’t really “problems”. Looking beyond ourselves is very important in finding peace and it leads me to my next point.
Care about others
You will never find peace by being self-consumed and only worrying about your own needs and wants. When you begin to genuinely care about other people, so much goodness comes right out. This only helps into solidifying your inner peace. It can be people close to you or pure strangers, but any act of kindness and goodwill eases your way towards peace. When I help other people, I stop focusing on my so-called problems and realise that my problems aren’t that big after all. This rids my entire being of all the stress. There is great peace and wisdom in thinking and caring about other people, which we are blind to when we are too deep within our own selfish ways.
Never lose hope
Hope is something you can never afford to lose. With hope you always have a path towards peace. Whenever we get too stressed out and overwhelmed within our own life, we forget that hope. We forget that the sun always shines after a rainy day, and that this is merely a bump in the road. I find immense peace in just knowing, deep within my heart, that everything will be ok. With hope, I know that whatever is seemingly terrible, is only temporary and that soon enough, things will be just fine. This lifts off all of that negativity from my entire being, and I feel better pretty much instantly.
Embrace your beliefs
I am not one to pick or favour one belief system over another, so whatever it is that you believe in, embrace it with your entire being. Be within your faith 100% and peace will find its way into your heart. Now, we may all disagree on each other’s beliefs but one thing we must all agree on is that having a solid, healthy faith is crucial in founding a proper conscience that helps into guiding us towards peace and wisdom. There is a reason why research has shown that people that are deeply devoted to their faith have a higher life expectancy and are less likely to have diseases such as cancer. This is because they experience more inner peace, which is important if you want to increase the quality of your life.
Keep learning
One thing that provides us with much stress in life is the fact that we always worry about not having all the answers. Just accepting that you do not know everything, and that you are open to always keep learning is a tremendous step to take towards achieving inner peace. I find great joy in learning all kinds of different things, and just being aware that I am growing as a person each and every day provides me with great feelings of peace. Accept that life is one big journey of never-ending learning and you will find yourself closer to experiencing true peace within yourself.
Live in the present moment
Most of the time, what we worry about is relating to something either in the past, or something that hasn’t happened. Living in the present moment erases all such thoughts. Why worry about something in the past that we cannot ever change? (see first point- accept what is). Why worry about something that we are not even sure will happen or not? This is why in the present moment, you find true inner peace. In the present moment, there are no problems and no concerns. There is only stillness, and it is within that stillness that you can uncover peace. I used to be such a person that feel worrysome all the time, to the point where I had trouble sleeping. Once I felt how to live in the present moment, I found that I stopped thinking about the past and any potential future, and just cared about being ever-present in each and every moment. My life is most peaceful since then!
